That was a close one.
Just one little sniff…
It seems as if Vincent and Cat are slowly but surely finding their way back to one another. But now Cat’s faced with a new fear – maybe Vincent isn’t a danger to her, maybe she’s a danger to him. Vincent, embracing his humanity and feeling the joy of what being a doctor means again, is now resolved to be the best man he can be… but what does that mean for his beast side?
When we last saw Cat, Gabe was pressuring her to get Vincent out of their lives for the sake of their new burgeoning relationship. That, along with the seeds planted by Reynolds, Cat wonders if she might end up killing Vincent, after all it’s in her family lineage to kill beasts and she shot Beast-Jacob Sutter without hesitation. But Cat knows that while Sam Landon is on the loose and able to create beasts of his own, working with Vincent is the best tactic.
Meanwhile, Vincent, still trying to prove to Cat that he’s more man than beast, must discover for himself what it means fully embrace all of his own attributes and use them for the greater good. In so doing, Vincent and Cat go on a roller coaster ride of events throughout New York City to track Sam and his new beast. But what happens when two people, destined to be together, but at odds — one fighting for the other’s heart —are forced to work side by side? Do sparks fly? Do things become combustible?
